January 2012. The introduction of a new internal social platform for all KPN employees: TeamKPN. The new heart of all communication. Radically implemented, because TeamKPN replaced three existing platforms in one go. How did we tackle that, what were the reactions and what have we learned – looking back? More about that later.
2.5 years later: visibly popular platform
First and foremost, the value of TeamKPN is great. This is proven by the fact that we now, 2.5 nigeria phone number library years later, only want to expand the platform further. The time is ripe to take the step from a social intranet to social networking. From a platform for communicating to a platform on which actual collaboration is possible, with a 5-95% ratio between editorial content and user generated content. In 2012, some 12,000 blogs were posted, in 2014 that number had already risen to over 22,000.

Increase interaction
The increasing popularity is also reflected in the interactivity that takes place via the platform. For example, the number of ‘likes’ rose from 60,000 in 2012 to over 192,000 in 2014. The threshold for responding is also much lower, the number of responses has more than doubled in two years, from 36,000 in 2012 to over 80,000.

Five percent create content and 26 percent respond or like posts. The rest actively follow groups, perform other actions or just read.
